Bryce Matthews has recently been appointed the role of Engineering Manager at Hoshizaki Lancer's Adelaide manufacturing facility.
Bryce immigrated to Australia from New Zealand in 1995 following a career where he was involved in design & development of refrigerated glass door merchandisers. After a brief tenure with Coca-Cola Middle & Far East, conducting approvals testing of marketing equipment, he came to Adelaide and was a key driver in technical support and the successful growth of the Soft Drink Dispensers & Frozen Drink Machines categories in both domestic and international markets.
Leading a small team of four engineering staff, Bryce believes that there is a bright future for Hoshizaki Lancer with a range of class leading new products and energy saving initiatives that are currently under development.

As is often the case in life, the simple things are often the best and Fountlok is no exception.
At last, a fully stainless steel fount mount system that will allow for up to 12 way single leg founts and 24 way dual leg founts e.g. Goalpost Beer Founts.
The Fountlok system is being gradually introduced across our entire range of founts, starting with 8 way and up founts, and gradually filtering down to our popular T Bar Beer Founts range.
The Fountlok system will require a minimum 67mm Ø hole saw for founts up to 8 way, and 79mm Ø hole saw for founts 9 way and above.
The Fountlok system coupled with our range of stainless steel beer dispensing founts and Wine On Tap wine dispenser founts makes for the industry's first all stainless steel fount, with no brass components at all.
