Hoshizaki Lancer wins Coca Cola Amatil Supplier of the Year Award

Hoshizaki Lancer’s Adelaide branch won the “Sustainability” category at the inaugural 2009 Coca Cola Amatil (CCA) Australia Supplier of the Year Awards, for our new SE4 Superchiller.
This was the first Supplier of the Year event in Coca-Cola Amatil’s 106 year history. 6000 suppliers were considered, 300 were short listed, and 75 finalists were then selected, culminating in the 6 award winners.
The “Sustainability” award recognises the significant energy and cost reduction achieved by our new S4E Superchiller project.
Developed in consultation with Coca-Cola Amatil, the S4E Superchiller soft drink dispenser achieved an outstanding energy reduction of 32%.
Hoshizaki Lancer Managing Director, Joe Thorp, says the company is extremely humbled but proud to be named as a category winner alongside others with icon brands like Toll, Qantas and Visy.
“Lancer is delighted to be contributing in a meaningful way to Coca-Cola Amatil’s sustainability goals by allowing Coca-Cola Amatil to present a significantly lower carbon footprint soft drink dispenser to the market.”
