It’s been an exciting first quarter for Hoshizaki Lancer. We are thrilled to be finalists in the Manufacturer’s Endeavour Awards as we continue our LEAN journey to reduce costs and improve service. Part of this is the introduction of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) in product development to ensure customer needs and wants are properly identified and prioritised.
We recently celebrated bottler and Lancer growth at the Lancer Asia distributors conference in Shanghai and have exciting plans for the Asian region.
March saw the release of the much anticipated FBD352 small footprint frozen soft drink dispenser at the C&I show in Sydney, and the opening of Eatons Hill – the largest pub in Queensland with over 100 taps!
